Tea is something that settles the mind, a performance of the body, and a way of connecting with people beyond words. I hold tradition dear as what does not change, and from that footing I explore what does. A tea gathering is a spatial art, where I weave my own aesthetics with the presence of the place, and raise a once-only moment together with the guests.
